First time using B and W, will use them again! Good company. Enjoyed being dropped off in the car I had just returned, no Shuttle hassle, no moving bags, I think I now prefer that service. Even stayed open a later than stated, since my plane was late, which was very much appreciated

Disappointed that the requested vehicle was NIH available. Although I was offered other likley better vehicles none were available to meet my request as it was a specialty vehicle (Jeep Wrangler with removable top) so I had to settle for another vehicle which was not what I expected. The staff was as accommodating as they could be in that situation.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was so nice to be picked up at the door and driven to the rental car office instead of waiting in an hour or more long line at the airport counter. Drop off was even easier and we were driven right to the door and dropped off at the airport. We will definitely rent from this company again, and tell everyone we know!!
