Paper work requirements such of utility bill .I have not heard off any rental comoany requiring utility bill. The pick up was impressive and fast. Rest of experience was very bad. I will avoid renting throygh your company in future nor will recommend.

I'm grateful for the upgrade in terms of the car, from a tiny compact to a Camry. I had to wait a long time when I arrived at LAX to be picked up and taken to the office to get my car. The guy who picked me up was very friendly and helpful and reflected well on Black and White. However, the other staff who waited on my and returned me to the airport seemed to lack any sense of friendliness or customer service. I'm also grateful for the low price I was charged.

pickup instructions were that we were supposed to be "waiting at the curb", but ended up waiting approximately 40 minutes. would recommend changing the wording in pickup instructions to avoid misinterpretation.
