Black & White was amazing -- they picked us up at LAX within minutes, had paperwork prepared ahead of time and were super friendly throughout the entire process. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, and I'll definitely be returning.
I was picked up at the airport in the car that I was renting . So Nice - I didn't have to load/unload my suitcases onto a shuttle bus then into the car. Straight into the trunk and done! I had to wait a little extra time for them to pick me up (since there wasn't a shuttle) put the convenience of having my rental to load bags into was worth it.
When I dropped off my car I was told they would have a driver to take us to the airport in 5 minutes after 25 minutes I asked again and was told he would be there in 5 minutes again, but he showed up 10 minutes after that. I almost missed my flight.
I hate Nissans.

Well, didn't get the car i reserved, but they got me a even better car with the same price.
I was unable to rent a car. I made the reservation online and the day of pickup was a complete disaster. First off, the lady who was working that day was an hour late and I got really frustrated when she said that I needed insurance to rent the vehicle since I was 18. It was frustrating because on the website it didn't say I needed insurance to rent this car. To go all the way to SF to get no car and to be treated rudely is unacceptable. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Every time I come to LA I always rent with black and white car rental. The service is always great and professional and the employees are always helpful and knowledgeable.
