Great customer service. The car felt like it needed a bit of work under the hood, more specifically on the brakes. Other than that, perfect experience. Will rent from this company again if I am ever back in Los Angeles.

Black & White rent a car was fantastic! It was the first time I had ever rented a car as well as being in California!! They were prompt in picking us up, they upgraded our car, and they were all very friendly and so helpful!
