I had a great and reasonable price on a car rental, and I am under the age of 21, so finding a rental company willing to offer me a rental car was difficult. Luckily this company tended to all my needs

I really appreciated the ride back to the airport after returning my vehicle. My only complaint was a subjective one, being that I do not like the handling of the car I rented. Other than that, it was a pleasurable experience.
You need a category higher than "Great" to describe Black and White Rental. Our agent was wonderful and everyone we had contact with was extremely helpful, making the entire process a real pleasure. Not something I would expect to say about renting a car, but in this case it's absolutely accurate.

A little lag time being picked up (after i had called) from the Airport to where the rental company was located, but still a great experience. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I will definitely use Black and White Car Rental when available!
I would definitely rent again from B&W. The only minor downside to my experience was that the car they provided was a bit less spacious inside than my party of 4 would have liked. But it was a Mercedes CLA 250 instead of the Corolla I had been quoted, so that was a very nice surprise!
The car was not in great shape. It had an engine noise and it was driving funny.
