The ONLY critique I have is that I was not aware that I needed to call the office to get picked up upon arrival into LAX. I did that instinctually - and then a car picked us up rather quickly. If instructions to call the office upon arrival are not in the rental confirmation, then they probably should be. If they already are, then that's on me! Thanks for the smooth rental! (I hope I win the Amazon gift card as I just left my job..)

The rental experience was good. I think all the information that was requested was a bit much (i.e. getting my car insurance company on the phone to speak) and I think the $500 hold on my car is a bit excessive as well. I originally booked for a Volvo (was told that the hold would be less on my card) and was told that only a Mercedes was available, so it had to be $500. So that was a bit inconvenient. It took over 20 minutes for the reservation to be complete which is a pretty lengthy time.

I had a great and reasonable price on a car rental, and I am under the age of 21, so finding a rental company willing to offer me a rental car was difficult. Luckily this company tended to all my needs

I really appreciated the ride back to the airport after returning my vehicle. My only complaint was a subjective one, being that I do not like the handling of the car I rented. Other than that, it was a pleasurable experience.

You need a category higher than "Great" to describe Black and White Rental. Our agent was wonderful and everyone we had contact with was extremely helpful, making the entire process a real pleasure. Not something I would expect to say about renting a car, but in this case it's absolutely accurate. Thanks!
