My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience with Black and White and we will use them again in the future for our MANY trips to Cali. She has already told all of your coworkers and our family/friends about how amazing the entire process was and our great our car was. The car was amazing, clean and ran great. We were picking up at the airport very quickly and when my girlfriend forgot her purse in the car at drop off, the driver came back up RIGHT away to get it back to her. AMAZING company

Hands down the best rental car experience I’ve ever had! They picked us up at LAX within 10 minutes in our vehicle! At the end of our trip they drove us back the the airport in the same vehicle. Not having to lug bags for a family of five on and off shuttle buses and in and out of trunks was really nice! The rate we got was better than all the big name companies and the service was superior! Will definitely rent from B&W again and will highly recommend to anyone traveling to the LA area. Than

the car was way nicer than i expected. i wish that during booking it was made clearer that i was not allowed to decline liability insurance. i thought my total would be $140 and it ended up being $208 with the compulsatory insurance. (i dont have a personal auto or auto insurance).

The value was good, but the service was awful and led to a poor start the weekend. After calling to alert the office we had arrived and deplaned, they asked me to call again once we were on the curb to give them our exact location. When I did this, they informed me their driver was already at the airport and would pick us up soon. After over 40 minutes of waiting on the curb and several calls, someone finally picked us up with no explanation, apology or even help getting our bags in the trunk.
