The value was good, but the service was awful and led to a poor start the weekend. After calling to alert the office we had arrived and deplaned, they asked me to call again once we were on the curb to give them our exact location. When I did this, they informed me their driver was already at the airport and would pick us up soon. After over 40 minutes of waiting on the curb and several calls, someone finally picked us up with no explanation, apology or even help getting our bags in the trunk.

Great experience renting from b&w, will use them again, only minor complaints: car had a deep dent on the roof, also they are not 24hrs. Their service is excellent, very professional, polite and nice.

Very nice service; nice phone customer service when we landed, pretty quick to pick us up at the airport with personal service. Easy shuttle back to the airport in the car that rented, so that we didn't have to transfer luggage. Very careful about any prior marks on the car. Hoping to rent with this company again.

Airport pickup was late which was very disappointing because we had a schedule to keep. Pickup driver seemed to find humor in his own tardiness and laughed at his colleague when he was called by the office to verify he had collected us from the airport.

We were very pleased with B&W. We price quoted many rental car companies in the area and this was the best with concierge service to and from the airport. We loved the car we received. We were extremely happy with our rental and would use them again!
