It was not communicated in advance that a $500 deposit would be removed from my account, and returned FIVE DAYS AFTER RETURN. That is a long time to have a significant chunk of money removed from my account. Obviously, this agency is geared more toward wealthy luxury car rental clients, rather than modest budget conscious renters such as myself. The service otherwise was wonderful. The value of car/rental pricing was superb. The insurance was high. The gas mileage of the automobile was AWFUL.

I would suggest filming the car inspection or at least mentioning anything smaller than "a quarter" isn't an issue. He mentioned that when I asked. The car was very new but already had a bunch of scratches and chips. My fear was they would blame me, but in the end nobody did. I enjoyed renting from you and will do so again in the future.

Very helpful staff, both over the phone and in person. They sent a private car to both pick us up and drop us at the airport which is just minutes away (their location is right by the large rental car companies) and our vehicle was brand new with only 15 miles on it! Fabulous experience all the way around, I highly recommend and will use them on my next trip back to LAX.
