I would definitely rent again from B&W. The only minor downside to my experience was that the car they provided was a bit less spacious inside than my party of 4 would have liked. But it was a Mercedes CLA 250 instead of the Corolla I had been quoted, so that was a very nice surprise!

This is the second year in a row I have rented from Black & White rental car. Both times renting with them has been awesome. Each time the agency picked me up on time and in the office they were fast getting me on my way in the rental car I chose. I will definitely be renting from them again on my next trip to Los Angeles.

Black & White Car rental was the best car rental expierance my husband and I have EVER expieranced! We rented a Jeep Wrangler and took it to Joshua Tree National Park! We had a beautiful and wonderful time exploring with the wrangler. An experience of a lifetime! It would not have been possible without the Jeep! Pick and and return was quick and efficient. Drivers picked us up promptly and dropped us off to our airline with plenty of time to spare! We will use them again !

Loved this car rental company's service. They were fair, transparent and prompt in everything they did, especially in inspecting the car before and after our usage.
