Black & White Rent A Car Renter Rated Reviews - Page 64

This was my first experience with Black and White Car Rental and I was not disappointed! This is the first rental company I have dealt with that picks you up curbside in a passenger vehicle rather than a bus. This made a big difference, because the driver only had to pick up a couple other parties, so the process at the rental counter was faster because there were only a few other people who needed to be served. The car was great, and the return process was quick and easy!

It took over 40 minutes for them to pick me up at LAX. I was told a driver had called out sick. Once at their facility, it took another 45 minutes to get a car even though I was the sole customer in the building. The gentleman checking me in had to also answer the phone, which was constantly ringing. The check in process at Black and White is MUCH longer than that of any car rental place I’ve ever used, and I use quite a few. Once in my car all was well. Car was clean with a full tank.

Black and Whites customer service was excellent. Never before while renting cars have we been picked up buy a personal driver in a car at the passenger pickup. We were dropped off at the front lobby of this rental company and our car was brought to the front door as well. Customer service was above and beyond. Just excellent. This was our first time renting from them and we will rent again.

It was a pleasant experience. The gentleman who picked me up and dropped me off from the airport terminal at LAX was so wonderful. He was a pro at getting in and out of traffic and was nice and friendly. I'd recommend he gets a raise - he made my experience wonderful.
