Upon arrival, I was told an additional $300 would be held on my debit card, which was not what I received upon renting the car. The paperwork I had stated an additional $500 would be held if I rented an exotic car, but that's not what I rented. Because I am on a very tight budget, it would have been nice to know this upfront. Thankfully, the person at the counter was able to work with me. Also, both of the drivers who picked me up from the airport and dropped me off had amazing customer service!

The team at LAX were amazing! The guys that picked us up from the airport and dropped off were super safe and caring. David helped me with the car rental and processing. He was super friendly and efficient! He also took the time to let us now about the fast track lanes and other driving details. What a great guy to have at the front desk! It was a pleasure doing business with you and the team from start to finish. I will definitely consider renting from you all again!
