They were very accommodating. I was getting late for my flight and they made it quick. They dropped us in the same car that I was returning which made it very efficient and saved us time as we did not have to wait for shuttle or move our stuff multiple times. All in all great experience. Would definitely rent from them again .

The company sent three drivers to pick me up at LAX but no one seemed to notice that they had dropped the last digit of my phone number. How could three different people not notice that phone numbers in North America have TEN digits. They were only dialing nine. I phoned four times, got a description of the car they sent and found the driver myself.

This is my second time renting from Black and White while visiting Los Angeles. The customer service is great 👍🏾, the facility is clean, and the prices are very reasonable! I will definitely use them again and I have recommended them to my friends.
