we got picked up from airport after 30min, there is no process described us to call the agency for pickup, we were waiting for shuttle to come just like any other rentals, when we didn't see any shuttle then we called the agency then they sent a car to pickup. The website or our reservation confirmation doens't have any pickup and drop off info. We needed to drop off the car by 7am, and the location is not opened until 8am, so we end up not renting the car.

Nice office. New guy behind counter was just learning and not speedy yet. Very nice immaculate car. Very polite and helpful personnel. Excellent ride to airport on return and office opened 20 min before normal opening time. If there was an explicit set of instruction on how to pay tolls that would have saved me time trying to figure it out. An email account sent to former employee did not bounce. It should have been forwarded to a current employee. Overall very happy with experience!

The wait for my car after signing the papers was exceptionally long. I expected to be in and out of there quickly to avoid Friday traffic and they gave cars to 2 other customers (they showed up after me) and I was still waiting 20 minutes later. Got in at 12:15 ish and walked out at 12:55pm. Just thought it could be improved on. Everything else was AMAZING. I love how clean everything is and how courtesous the customer service was.
