All around great experience. The price was right, the car was great, and the service was speedy. It was pretty much the best experience we could hope for. While it worked out, one piece of feedback would be to explain the payment process during the initial online reservation process a bit more thoroughly i.e., will you be charged immediately after submitting card info or when you come in? How long do you have to cancel and get a full refund, etc.

The airport pick up timing could have been a bit better/faster - I recommend (if you don’t have checked luggage) to call for pick up as you are deplaning. The only other thing that would have been helpful was a better orientation to the car. I figured it out but there were features I think I would have liked to have known more about. Other than that, super fast at the desk and awesome vehicles.

Excellent overall experience. Professional and courteous and friendly staff. Car was in excellent shape and the price was great. It took a little while to get processed (approx 45 min) but we were not in a rush Overall an excellent experience.

Brand new shiny black Mercedes that was way above any expectation I have ever had with a rental car company. Best rental car I have ever rented and it was as reasonable ($s) as a typical white inferior rental car. The service was great and there was no wait. This would be the only rental car I would recommend to friends.

I asked what the estimated price for insurance would be and got a ballpark of less than $50, but when I went to pick it up, insurance was over $100. Max was nice about it and said he was sorry for the miscommunication, but couldn't do anything. But he was very thorough and professional with the inspection and going through everything.
