I looked up vehicle rentals using a third party website, and the vehicle I had agreed to rent ended up being too small for our needs; however, the staff at Black and White was able to accommodate us without breaking the bank, so to speak. I really appreciate their flexibility. The vehicle was in excellent condition and was a pleasure to drive.

This was by far the most enjoyable rental car experience I've ever had. The rates were exceptional, the staff was courteous, everyone was generous with their time, knowledge, and attention. I appreciated the ease of being dropped off to the airport at the end, and will make this agency my first time anytime I'm in LA!
