Pick up from LAX terminal was about 20 minutes. All other aspects of renting with this company were exceptional. Check out and check in took only seconds. Driver to and from airport was courteous and friendly. Thank you for your excellent service.

B&W is very meticulous about the condition of the cars coming in and going out. I recommend the insurance that will relieve you of any concerns about parking lot dings and windshield damage due to rocks getting kicked up from the roadways.
The only issue was the 30 minute wait for someone to pick us up from the airport and the 15 minute wait for someone to help us with car pickup. Only one person ahead of us being served by the only clerk. Drop off was a breeze. I luckily incurred no damage.

I didnt get the car from the online picture.
I looked up vehicle rentals using a third party website, and the vehicle I had agreed to rent ended up being too small for our needs; however, the staff at Black and White was able to accommodate us without breaking the bank, so to speak. I really appreciate their flexibility. The vehicle was in excellent condition and was a pleasure to drive.
