Great place to rent a car. Very good customer service.

I spoke with Johnny but the driver that picked me up was rude. Johnny told me the driver would call and let me know what car he was driving. I waited inside for the call. The driver called and said he was outside at the column and that I should have been there. I walked outside and didn’t see him. He wasn’t where I said to meet, he was further back.
This was a minor inconvenience but I recommend standardizing your procedures in the future.
This was my 1st time renting with Black & White and I was very impressed with the service!!!
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Took a little long to get picked up at the airport when I arrived but otherwise all went well.
