Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When we initially arrived to LAX we ended up having to wait 20 minutes to be picked up, but our driver was extremely friendly and the service itself was top notch!

I spoke with Johnny but the driver that picked me up was rude. Johnny told me the driver would call and let me know what car he was driving. I waited inside for the call. The driver called and said he was outside at the column and that I should have been there. I walked outside and didn’t see him. He wasn’t where I said to meet, he was further back. This was a minor inconvenience but I recommend standardizing your procedures in the future.
