I asked what the estimated price for insurance would be and got a ballpark of less than $50, but when I went to pick it up, insurance was over $100. Max was nice about it and said he was sorry for the miscommunication, but couldn't do anything. But he was very thorough and professional with the inspection and going through everything.

I was so happy with B&W car rental, easy to use, a more personal experience and very reasonably priced for such a fun car! I am so glad I stumbled upon the services via Kayak while I was searching for the most cost effective way around LA. Will definitely use again!!

Excellent rate AND service. Only negative is that the car gas tank was not full upon pick up. Will definitely rent from B&W again if in the area. Thank you.
