Wow amazing!
Everything was great with my rental. The pickup, the customer service, the only thing I wasn't a fan of was that after 400 miles a service soon light came on for an oil change.

LAX is a hot mess, so B&W is a great option, as you avoid waiting for the larger company shuttle and standing endlessly on line at their counter. At B&W I was helped right away and was done in five minutes. Return was just as easy: a driver was available immediately to take us to the airport instead of having to wait for a shuttle to fill.
My rental experience was perfect. Friendly staff and very prompt. I would rent from here again.
