I travel often and this was truly the best rental company that I’ve ever worked with!!! I believe his name was Hector, and he picked me up right at the door of the airport and we talked all the way to the office!! He gave me suggestions on where to go and what to see!! From the time I walked into the office, until I drove off the lot...this company was top notch!! Thank you sooo much for the great service!!! Other companies should take note on your outstanding service!!!!

I was afraid of renting at LAX again because of the wait in line but B&W was great. They picked me up from the airport and there was no line to wait in. Upgraded my vehicle. Super easy.
