Loved the experience and will definitely rent from your company the next time we are in LA or San Fran.
Everything was great, and I have no complaints at all.
The whole process was seemless, prompt pick up, fast check out in a car above what I expected which made the trip more memorable.
Much better rental car experience that I’ve had before, everyone was polite and helpful. No up selling or anything, I paid exactly what I expected. I paid for a Toyota Corolla, but was given a Yaris (not that big of a deal but I was expecting something a little bigger).
Much cheaper than other available car rental agencies, and the service was fantastic.
I was not told the shuttles stopped at 5:30 and was forced to uber to LAX however, my overall experience was good.
Splendid service on all fronts! Use them! They are terrific! Highly recommended!

I travel often and this was truly the best rental company that I’ve ever worked with!!! I believe his name was Hector, and he picked me up right at the door of the airport and we talked all the way to the office!! He gave me suggestions on where to go and what to see!! From the time I walked into the office, until I drove off the lot...this company was top notch!! Thank you sooo much for the great service!!! Other companies should take note on your outstanding service!!!!
