I was charged for a bridge toll proactively but did not end up going over the GG bridge. I have sent an email requesting my $10 refund but have not heard back. Otherwise, everything has been great!

On my reservation states for me to call once we arrive at LAX, well we did & ended up waiting almost an hour to be picked up. upon returning we almost missed our flight due to high traffic let the person in office know we needed to be at airport asap & told he was scrambling for drivers & would not take us even after telling him our flight was leaving in 45min. But mind you when he picked up he HAD NO DRIVERS! Seems after he got paid that his customer service went our the window.

Black & White Rent a Car in San Francisco was incredible! Their customer service is excellent and the car was in awesome condition. One of the best experiences I've had renting a car.

Excellent experience! Half the price of the competition and very nice cars. Check in and drop off were smooth and casual. The employees were friendly and laid back. Will recommend and and rent again from B&W rental.

It isnt the fault of the agency, but Google maps got me caught in an ongoing circle for the return, when I was already crunched for time. The agency itself did very fine by me.
