We were left stranded at LAX. Upon arrival, we called the numbers that we were instructed to call when we arrived on time in LAX . No one ever answered the calls. We called for over an hour. According to our reservation, they were open until 5 PM, We started calling at 345pm. This left us stranded at the airport. I would NEVER try to reserve them again. Apparently they decided our reservations was not worth their time!

It would have been helpful to have the auto manual in the glove compartment to know how to use all the features in the car.

Overpriced. Terrible pickup service. Kept getting transferred and then hung up on. Office wasn’t open at time stated on website. Almost missed flight. David was was great, but he was only positive. Otherwise unprofessional operation and felt ripped off.
