It was a pleasure to not have to arrive at a car rental agency, get off a bus with 30 others, then join a long line for a 45 minute wait to talk to an agent. Got in, got the car, and was off very quickly.

Absolutely one of the best rental car experiences I have ever had. Black & White maintained prompt and clear communication from start to finish, which made the process very easy. We were picked up from the airport immediately, not having to wait at all after our luggage arrived in baggage claim, and returning the car and getting back to the airport was just as easy. I wish they had even MORE locations, but our time with them in LA was awesome! I will definitely be a returning customer.

My daughter just moved to SF and sold her car. We rented for a family gathering this time but she will definitely rent from Black and White when she needs a car for herself. We had a very good experience with Black and White.
