Pick-up waiting time at the airport was too long, about 30 minutes. I was supposed to call them upon arrival but they never picked up. After I asked the help desk at the airport, they finally answered. There was unexpected extra charge of $35.00 for dropping off after office hours.. I had another bid which offered D$20.00 higher than this company. If I knew this unusual extra charge, I wouldn't have chosen this company. Drop-off instruction that the agent gave was very unspecific, confusing

It was a pleasure to not have to arrive at a car rental agency, get off a bus with 30 others, then join a long line for a 45 minute wait to talk to an agent. Got in, got the car, and was off very quickly.

I was hoping for a compact car and got an SUV instead. The car worked great though, and everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Thanks again, I will definitely be in touch next time I come through town.
