The experience was nothing short from professional and great. I had just returned a rental car to Avis and rented from B&W and was impressed by the routine inspection and mileage + fuel information I received before driving off the lot. Would definitely rent again!

There person at desk was nice, but you are understaffed so took a long time to get my car because he had to keep answering the phone. He was the only one there

We ended up waiting 25 minutes at LAX, though it might have been that we were bringing one extra person with us and we needed a car seat.

Pick-up waiting time at the airport was too long, about 30 minutes. I was supposed to call them upon arrival but they never picked up. After I asked the help desk at the airport, they finally answered. There was unexpected extra charge of $35.00 for dropping off after office hours.. I had another bid which offered D$20.00 higher than this company. If I knew this unusual extra charge, I wouldn't have chosen this company. Drop-off instruction that the agent gave was very unspecific, confusing
