We had to wait about 20 minutes to be picked up from the airport, but after that everything went very smoothly. Great service, we were picked up in our rental car so we were able to leave items in the car, quick return trip to the airport.

The process to get the car was entirely too slow. No other customers were at the rental agency the entire time my family was there, but it still took over 45 minutes to get a vehicle. The vehicle itself was okay, but wasn’t a smooth ride.

The first car I was put in had a broken USB port and the second car they switched me into had a blinking airbag light that could not be turned off. I asked for a third option and they said I could only pick between the two cars (both with issues).
