The process to get the car was entirely too slow. No other customers were at the rental agency the entire time my family was there, but it still took over 45 minutes to get a vehicle. The vehicle itself was okay, but wasn’t a smooth ride.

The first car I was put in had a broken USB port and the second car they switched me into had a blinking airbag light that could not be turned off. I asked for a third option and they said I could only pick between the two cars (both with issues).

The agent that gave us the car didnt do a walk over and when we were 20 miles away we noticed a chip in the windshield. As soon as we got back they walked right over and pointed it out and are now bilking us $500 for a new windshield. Would never go there again.

Our rental experience was great! It was nice to have them personally come pick us up as opposed to waiting on the usual shuttle buses. The car was clean, we got a gas saver. The technology on the corolla was enjoyable. They’re prompt with answering the phone and keeping you up to date. They accommodated our reservation when we missed our flight. Will book again.

I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff. They were prompt and helped me get in and out as soon as possible. The only downside of this experience was the time it took to get picked up. They quoted it would take 10-15 mins, but ended up taking closer to 25-30 mins.
