The agent that gave us the car didnt do a walk over and when we were 20 miles away we noticed a chip in the windshield. As soon as we got back they walked right over and pointed it out and are now bilking us $500 for a new windshield. Would never go there again.

Our rental experience was great! It was nice to have them personally come pick us up as opposed to waiting on the usual shuttle buses. The car was clean, we got a gas saver. The technology on the corolla was enjoyable. They’re prompt with answering the phone and keeping you up to date. They accommodated our reservation when we missed our flight. Will book again.

I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff. They were prompt and helped me get in and out as soon as possible. The only downside of this experience was the time it took to get picked up. They quoted it would take 10-15 mins, but ended up taking closer to 25-30 mins.

I was definitely a little nervous going in about choosing a private rental car agency. B&W exceeded my expectations in every way. The instructions online for the pick up were a little outdated since there have been a few recent changes to pick ups/drop offs at LAX. Other than that everything flowed perfectly. The employees are very friendly. The car was exactly what we’d requested. Great company. Would definitely use again!

Some poor experiences: * Wasting time - I provided the information needed to expedite the process but the staff didn't fill in the information so we had to do it again when I got there. * Bad pickup - We waited over 20 minutes to be picked up while watching many other rental car pickups passed by many times. The driver who picked us up didn't explain at all who he was and drove badly.
