My only feedback is the time it took to actually get my vehicle. From the time I arrived at the car rental to the the time I left in the car took almost 30 minutes even though there was no one ahead of me. This was attributed to the time it took to locate the vehicle. Other than that, the rental was a great value and employees were courteous.

Good courteous people. I returned my car after regular hour and they were officially closed, but not only they took care of my return, they gave me a ride back to the airport within minutes. this was the only way I made my flight or I was going to get stuck at the airport for the rest of the night with my family. It took a while for them to pick me up at LAX, maybe 40 minutes. But everything else was excellent, including the return trip to the airport at the end of the rental.

My husband and I are really happy to have found Black & White Rent A Car! The prices are so much better than competitors and the service we received was very professional. We will always rent from Black and White when we are back in the LA area!
