The one thing that could be improved is that I had advised them our flight would be arriving an hour before they opened for the day and we would appreciate anything they could do to expedite our pickup and arrival to the agency, upon their opening for the business day. However, we were advised nothing could be done, other than to call for a pickup when they opened, which we did, a driver came soon but when we arrived at the agency the paper work had not yet even been started seemed unprepa

The insurance coverage check was a large hassle. This should have been handled before I arrived. If there were difficulties getting access to this information, I would have been more than happy to help obtain this information in the three weeks leading up to my pick up date. It was also apparent that the office was severely under-staffed, as one person was doing all the pick-up/drop-off work and had no radio/cb to communicate on demand with the office.

My only feedback is the time it took to actually get my vehicle. From the time I arrived at the car rental to the the time I left in the car took almost 30 minutes even though there was no one ahead of me. This was attributed to the time it took to locate the vehicle. Other than that, the rental was a great value and employees were courteous.

Good courteous people. I returned my car after regular hour and they were officially closed, but not only they took care of my return, they gave me a ride back to the airport within minutes. this was the only way I made my flight or I was going to get stuck at the airport for the rest of the night with my family.
