It took a while for them to pick me up at LAX, maybe 40 minutes. But everything else was excellent, including the return trip to the airport at the end of the rental.

My husband and I are really happy to have found Black & White Rent A Car! The prices are so much better than competitors and the service we received was very professional. We will always rent from Black and White when we are back in the LA area!

I wish that it was more clear on the print out that you need to call for your ride to the rental agency. Somehow I missed that part. We would have called sooner if I had seen that message.

Our apologies you didn't see the pickup instructions, we do our best to post it in several places on our page including the confirmation email that is automatically sent to you when you first book but we understand these things get overlooked and misplaced. The car was fine and people were great - the only issue I had was with the time it took. Time to get picked up at the airport, and the time it took at the counter to go through the paperwork (even though I already had a reservation). Total time from when I called for pickup to when I actually got the car was at least an hour
