The manager of Black & White was very friendly and helpful, and the experience was smooth sailing.
the tire air pressure warning light was on when I drove the car out of the lot and had to return to the lot to fix it.

Our car was not ready. After finishing up at the counter we waited 45 min.

My only feedback is the time it took to actually get my vehicle. From the time I arrived at the car rental to the the time I left in the car took almost 30 minutes even though there was no one ahead of me. This was attributed to the time it took to locate the vehicle. Other than that, the rental was a great value and employees were courteous.
Absolutely wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to the area.
Good courteous people. I returned my car after regular hour and they were officially closed, but not only they took care of my return, they gave me a ride back to the airport within minutes. this was the only way I made my flight or I was going to get stuck at the airport for the rest of the night with my family. Everything was perfect except the fact that we couldn't pay with the AMEX because it was on the name of the father of my friend.
other than waiting almost an hour for pick up at the airpot, everything was fine.
