This is the second time that I have rented a car from Black and White Rent A Car, and I will rent from them again! The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. The car was perfect for us.... new, mid-size, easy to drive and great gas mileage! We will rent from them again!

I was a little concerned about using this agency since I had never heard of them before, but my worries were needless. Black & White was fantastic! Great car, great customer service, and great prices! I will use them the next time I am in Los Angeles, that's for sure!

Several weeks before my trip, I was asked for insurance information so it could be verified.Upon not hearing from anyone again and getting my confirmation email and reminder email, I assumed everything was taken care of. Upon arrival, we were told the insurance hadn't been verified and they would need to do that before we could take the car, we waited almost an hour, only to leave without our insurance being verified anyways. This should have been done prior to our arrival.

We were in a crunch mode to get to LAX ASAP! Because our phone's GPS didn't know the location of the lot we rented from, we were directed to the Beverly Hills Black and White location. We needed to return the car to the Isis lot! Needless to say, we were in a panic. My wife was able to get an agent on he phone who patiently directed us from Beverly Hills to the correct location. A driver then took us to LAX in time to connect with our flights. Kudos to Black and White! God bless you all!
