Excellent value compared to other LAX car rental companies. More personal service than expected. Just as close to LAX as most other car rental lots. No hard sell for extra insurance, etc.

We arrived during a power outage, it required the people at Black and White to do everything by hand, which they did and they tried really hard to get us going ASAP. The car that we got was upgraded and very nice. Not just a stock Camry, but with most of the bells and whistles. We received very good service and a GREAT value. We will definitely be using B&W again!

Everything was as expected. I did have to wait a bit to check the car back in on the way to the airport because there was only one person on staff to do check-ins and answer the phone. I had extra time, but this could have been an issue for catching my flight.
