I have already recommended them. My two sisters who flew in at the same time, used budget and had an over 2 hour wait as well received the wrong car, a lower level and so had to wait even longer.

getting to Black & White when arriving at LAX was not easier. The information booth did not know of it and taking two shuttles was more than typical.

After previous experiences with the larger rent car providers at LAX, Black & White was a much welcomed change! They are now my choice whenever I return to L.A.!

The only issue I had with the rental was having to wait for the rental vehicle. The car was returned as I was trying to check it. I had to wait a considerable time for them to clean and check the car. While I understand it was no fault of B&W, it was a bit frustrating.

I had a great, first-time experience with Black and White. The staff was courteous and efficient. I also loved the car I was given. The price was also very competitive. I will definitely use Black and White again in 5 months when I return to LA.

the car was great, but the charging plugs for my phone were disabled, not a good thing getting around LA when your phone is going dead from a long trip on a plane

I never received a confirmation email about how to pic up the car so I thought that my reservation hadn't gone through. That was very confusing. We also had to wait about 25 minutes to be picked up curbside which I thought was a really long time. Other than that the service was great.
