Our rate was good and honored. We were picked up in a timely manner from the airport, but had quite a wait to complete paperwork once at the office. There were not enough customer service agents to assist, and that part of the process was extremely slow. Both of the gentlemen that picked us up and dropped us off at the airport were extremely accommodating and friendly.

Extremely disappointed in pick up. Reservation conf said, I would be picked up curbside at airport but instead when arrived was told to take the LAX shuttle bus to parking lot C & wait under the cell zone sign. Took 1/2 hour for the shuttle to get there & then waited in the parking lot almost an hour. Called twice and told them exactly where I was waiting & was told a woman with a decal on car would pick me up. Finally a man in a van picked me up. Was 1 1/2 hours to get car. Unacceptable.

One of the most pleasant rental experiences I've had. Only hiccup -- they've started picking up from a parking lot, so you first have to take the LAX shuttle to the lot, and then they wait for you there. Probably doesn't add any time, but is a bit disconcerting the first time through.

Very good local company. We got a brand new corolla and it runs great. Money is good too, comparing with other big rental companies. I will rent from B&W again if going to LA.

The Toyota was great and when I dropped off the car they drove me straight to the airport instead of dropping me off at a shuttle. It was a great experience.

I appreciated the service, the car and the manager was very helpful, fair and responsive. My only criticism was the length of the process. I arrived at LAX and was ready to get my car at 11:50 am. I actually received my car keys and had the walk around at 1:50 pm. I had to wait for the shuttle to drop me at the parking lot and then wait for BW shuttle and arrived at the office only to wait another hour to be processed (despite me pre-clearing my insurance) and wait for the car to be cleaned!
