Will use Black & White over and over. Far superior service to others I have used at LAX!
Great customer service, got an upgrade from a full size to a convertible for only $8 more. They don't trouble you and dropped us off to our terminal too. Only downfall was that the service is just a tad bit slow, besides for that great experience!

We had a great experience with Black & White. No pressure, prompt pickup, they took us right to our terminal when we returned to the airport. Very friendly staff! Everything was exactly as spelled out in the email I received when I made the reservation.
They were really nice and helpful. My only complaint is that my car wasn't ready and I had to wait for it - not too long, but still a wait.
For someone who doesn't fly to LAX frequently, the instructions to the shuttle bus were slightly confusing

I thought the cars were in great quality. The only issue (if any) was the pick up from LAX. I didn't like that I had to take two shuttles from the LAX to the rent center. Overall, I think service and quality was very good.
After taking the bus to and arriving at the off airport lot, it took over 45 minutes and four phone calls of being told it would arrive in 2 minutes to get picked up. When I got to the office there were two agents who took over 20 minutes to take the information of the two other people that arrived on my shuttle--who were ahead of me. By that time, my impression was not favorable regarding this company and I decided not to rent a car from Black and White.
