Overall good experience. The only change I would suggest is having longer hours. I had to drop my car off at an after-hours location.

1.A very strange pick up procedure, 2.Kind and courteous staff but 3.the car was filthy inside and out, the interior windows seemed like they were never cleaned, the seats were soiled (front and back) and the very least they could have done was to wash the outside, the body, the trunk, mirrors, windows, ALL DIRTY! 4.Also, I'm very uncomfortable signing a blank document (signed credit card receipt), not sure if this is even legal. I will not be renting or recommending this company.

I rented with Black and White after reading several terrible online reviews for other rentals. Black and White didn't have many reviews but the ones I read were good. I was a bit nervous but everything was great. I will totally rent from you again. Thanks so much!

Took a long time to get to the rental agency and pick up my car. Returning was very efficient and pleasant though. Would recommend for trips on the longer side where the time to pick up the car wouldn't be a big issue.

The woman who set me up with the rental car also gave me a tutorial on how to connect my phone to bluetooth and use my maps feature on my phone. I was in LA for a long weekend from NY where I do not have a car and it ended up making my trip so much more manageable to have that extra help. I also managed to forget my paperwork at the rental desk and she emailed me a receipt when I called about it a half hour later. The customer service was superb in my opinion.
