Took a long time to get to the rental agency and pick up my car. Returning was very efficient and pleasant though. Would recommend for trips on the longer side where the time to pick up the car wouldn't be a big issue.

Very professional and polite service and I didn't have to wait long at all for pickup at the airport lot. I would definitely rent from Black and White again!
The woman who set me up with the rental car also gave me a tutorial on how to connect my phone to bluetooth and use my maps feature on my phone. I was in LA for a long weekend from NY where I do not have a car and it ended up making my trip so much more manageable to have that extra help. I also managed to forget my paperwork at the rental desk and she emailed me a receipt when I called about it a half hour later. The customer service was superb in my opinion.

For the most part this was a really good experience. The only comment I have to make is, on the day of the drop-off for my car, I went up to a lady at the counter to ask for help and she said someone else would help with an attitude. That was a big turn off and I wish I knew her name but she didn't have a nametag on otherwise I would let you know. Other than that, the rest of the staff was really courteous and helpful!
