I was pleasantly surprised by this company. We didn't have to wait long for the shuttle or to receive our rental car. It was quick and easy both picking up and returning the car. I would definitely use this company again.

Everything went great except I was a little disappointed. Nowhere in the contract before picking the vehicle up did it say I needed to provide collisional insurance, as I assumed the one I selected online was the insurance needed. When I got there, they said it was liability which my own insurance covered. They added almost $100 to my bill which was upsetting however the car ran good, and it was decent on return.

We had a great experience with B&W car rental. Their office was very nice and clean and staff was great. Our favorite part about the whole experience was that we were given a ride directly to the airport in our rental car! We didnt have to get a shuttle or mess with bags, so it was great!

All went well. The only thing I wish were different would be not having to take an extra bus ride to the cell phone waiting area, but I guess that can't be avoided.

Our rental car smelled like cigarette smoke. We though it would air out, and the woman at the counter told us it was probabley the filter papers they placed under the seats and to take them out. It was very unpleasant our whole trip as we are NOT smokers and were repulsed by the stench. Also, I rented a infant car seat which was in terrible condition. it was dirty, the sun vail was broken, straps twisted and the car seat was very out dated. And there was no alternative to choose from.
