They were really nice and helpful. My only complaint is that my car wasn't ready and I had to wait for it - not too long, but still a wait.

I thought the cars were in great quality. The only issue (if any) was the pick up from LAX. I didn't like that I had to take two shuttles from the LAX to the rent center. Overall, I think service and quality was very good.

After taking the bus to and arriving at the off airport lot, it took over 45 minutes and four phone calls of being told it would arrive in 2 minutes to get picked up. When I got to the office there were two agents who took over 20 minutes to take the information of the two other people that arrived on my shuttle--who were ahead of me. By that time, my impression was not favorable regarding this company and I decided not to rent a car from Black and White.

We took a bus to a parking lot and then had to wait for 45 min for the shuttle to arrive to take us to the rental agency. The return was quick and easy. The rental agency took us to the airport in our car! Overall, for the price I would do it again.
