There was some confusion about where we were going to be picked up after arriving at the airport. We now know what the problem was, and will know for the next time. It was late for their office but they continued to work with us to make it clear where we needed to be. Very courteous and apologetic. they were very helpful at the end of our rental with getting us back to the airport. We really like the personal touch.

I made my reservation online for pick up in West Hollywood. When I called to confirm, I was informed the West Hollywood location would be closed. The website should not allow reservations to be made from closed locations and/or someone should have called me to let me know I would have to pick up from another location. Also, I was not informed that my return was scheduled for after hours and that I should leave the car and keys. Luckily another customer returning his rental at that time told me.

When I first arrived, the computers were having problems, so it took a while to check out the car. That was the only minor hiccup throughout the entire experience. I really enjoyed and appreciated the personal attention given by the staff. The rates were more than reasonable. I will only use Black & White moving forward. Thank you!

I picked Black and White Car Rental based on positive reviews from Yelp. I was very pleased with the service of B&W Car Rental. Yes, I didn't have a pick up directly from the main terminal, I had to take a bus to the cell phone waiting lot, but it was worth it. The bus ride only added a few minutes and I was picked up promptly after letting them know I had arrived. I didn't have to wait in any lines when I got to the location and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend!!
