Outstanding customer service at pick up and drop off. They went out of their way to be helpful. Car was in super shape, as new condition, which is exceptional for a rental. Will definitely rent again and recommend to others.

Customer service, especially at the desk, was friendly and on task. Representative made sure I got my refund and I promptly received it. Vehicle was consistently looked over for any prior markings/dents. Car was pretty clean when received, just not a fan of Nissans. Driver was nice, but could have been more helpful in the beginning. There was a bit of a wait to be picked up, but expected because of LA traffic. Overall, this company is very professional and treats customers well. Thank you!

There was some confusion about where we were going to be picked up after arriving at the airport. We now know what the problem was, and will know for the next time. It was late for their office but they continued to work with us to make it clear where we needed to be. Very courteous and apologetic. they were very helpful at the end of our rental with getting us back to the airport. We really like the personal touch.

I made my reservation online for pick up in West Hollywood. When I called to confirm, I was informed the West Hollywood location would be closed. The website should not allow reservations to be made from closed locations and/or someone should have called me to let me know I would have to pick up from another location. Also, I was not informed that my return was scheduled for after hours and that I should leave the car and keys. Luckily another customer returning his rental at that time told me.

When I first arrived, the computers were having problems, so it took a while to check out the car. That was the only minor hiccup throughout the entire experience. I really enjoyed and appreciated the personal attention given by the staff. The rates were more than reasonable. I will only use Black & White moving forward. Thank you!
