I made my reservation online for pick up in West Hollywood. When I called to confirm, I was informed the West Hollywood location would be closed. The website should not allow reservations to be made from closed locations and/or someone should have called me to let me know I would have to pick up from another location. Also, I was not informed that my return was scheduled for after hours and that I should leave the car and keys. Luckily another customer returning his rental at that time told me.
Please bring back the pickup....other shuttle took forever!
When I first arrived, the computers were having problems, so it took a while to check out the car. That was the only minor hiccup throughout the entire experience. I really enjoyed and appreciated the personal attention given by the staff. The rates were more than reasonable. I will only use Black & White moving forward. Thank you!

I picked Black and White Car Rental based on positive reviews from Yelp. I was very pleased with the service of B&W Car Rental. Yes, I didn't have a pick up directly from the main terminal, I had to take a bus to the cell phone waiting lot, but it was worth it. The bus ride only added a few minutes and I was picked up promptly after letting them know I had arrived. I didn't have to wait in any lines when I got to the location and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend!!

Overall good experience. The only change I would suggest is having longer hours. I had to drop my car off at an after-hours location.
1.A very strange pick up procedure, 2.Kind and courteous staff but 3.the car was filthy inside and out, the interior windows seemed like they were never cleaned, the seats were soiled (front and back) and the very least they could have done was to wash the outside, the body, the trunk, mirrors, windows, ALL DIRTY!
4.Also, I'm very uncomfortable signing a blank document (signed credit card receipt), not sure if this is even legal.
I will not be renting or recommending this company.
I rented with Black and White after reading several terrible online reviews for other rentals. Black and White didn't have many reviews but the ones I read were good. I was a bit nervous but everything was great. I will totally rent from you again.

Took a long time to get to the rental agency and pick up my car. Returning was very efficient and pleasant though. Would recommend for trips on the longer side where the time to pick up the car wouldn't be a big issue.
