Pick up in Lot C a bit inconvenient, but we did get a personalized ride back to the airport terminal upon drop-off. Wasted time at pick up waiting for insurance confirmation, despite having provided necessary information a week in advance.

Unlike others, B&W did not triple its rates over the Xmas holidays, which is why we rented from them. We were completely satisfied.
