The car had a red light announcing that it had low pressure in one of the tires. I had to borrow a device to measure the pressure. I was lucky that a friend of mine has such device. A nice thing was that a person from B&W gave us a ride back to the airport in the same car, we did not need to unloaded. The way to get to the airport from and toward to the agency is not comfortable.

There were scratches all over the first car (Maserati ghibli). When paying to rent a luxury car, it would be nice if it wasn't covered in scratches. The second car I rented Bmw M4 was in perfect condition so was much happier with this vehicle. Other than that, the service was good and employees friendly. Would certainly come back and use this service.

If possible, I would have wanted to know the surcharges in advance. Also, I am skeptical about how many extra miles we were charged for. We were charged $31 at $.65 per extra mile. That would mean we went 47 miles over. I am not 100% sure, so I will not make accusations, but I remember calculating (since the odometer was in km) that it was closer to 20 miles. I could be wrong however. I did love the car.

My ONLY complaint was when I picked up the vehicle they did not inform me the Hollywood location was closed on weekends causing me quite an inconvenience. Everything else was superb. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Online, the photo of the car was all black, with black paint and black paint. Unfortunately, they rented me a plain white version. However, I still enjoyed the car and it was a pretty smooth experience

I had a great experience with Black & White. The service was great and the complimentary shuttle to LAX made things very easy. I loved the car I rented and would absolutely do it again next time I'm in LA.
