Great service. I will definitely use same car rental company for my next trip to LA.
If possible, I would have wanted to know the surcharges in advance. Also, I am skeptical about how many extra miles we were charged for. We were charged $31 at $.65 per extra mile. That would mean we went 47 miles over. I am not 100% sure, so I will not make accusations, but I remember calculating (since the odometer was in km) that it was closer to 20 miles. I could be wrong however. I did love the car.
My ONLY complaint was when I picked up the vehicle they did not inform me the Hollywood location was closed on weekends causing me quite an inconvenience. Everything else was superb. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Online, the photo of the car was all black, with black paint and black paint. Unfortunately, they rented me a plain white version. However, I still enjoyed the car and it was a pretty smooth experience
I had a great experience with Black & White. The service was great and the complimentary shuttle to LAX made things very easy. I loved the car I rented and would absolutely do it again next time I'm in LA.

Pick up in Lot C a bit inconvenient, but we did get a personalized ride back to the airport terminal upon drop-off. Wasted time at pick up waiting for insurance confirmation, despite having provided necessary information a week in advance.
