I reserved a compact car and was given a Mitsubishi Mirage. The car was spotless, inside and out (it was still dripping from having been washed for my pickup. The quote that I received online was accurate and was significantly better than any other rental agencies. The staff was corteous and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

This was the worst rental experience I've ever had. I travel for work often. The shuttle isn't where the rest of the rental shuttles are. The 21$ a day I was quoted quickly turned into 70 per day when I had to drop it off earlier because they weren't open and I didn't bring a copy of my insurance. I've never had to bring that. It was just a terrible experience. They were out of water when I arrived and I'm 6 months pregnant. I was told to find a drinking fountain. Never. Again.

Would have liked more flexibility with getting gas. Despite the issue being my own, unforseen circumstances kept me from having time to fill the tank. Otherwise I will definitely rent from here again

I always love renting from you guys when I'm in town. I was little surprised with the non automatic doors with my last rental, but I made do. Looking forward to renting with you next time I'm in LA!

Loved this rental car service, they made everything so easy and quick to get the car that I wanted. I was first hesitant about using a smaller company but now I'm so glad I did and will use them every time! Everyone was very nice there and the building was also nice. 10 out of 10 for me.

The ad for your company when I made the reservation on line said that there was a shuttle from LAX. There was not, and I had to call to find out that they expected me to take the LAX bus to lot C, which is where Black and White's shuttle picked me up. I am on Dr orders not to lift , and no one on the bus helps. I had to call twice to get picked up. They tried to change me more than My reservation print out said. They required an insurance card,(1st time ever!) with no notification.
