I always love renting from you guys when I'm in town. I was little surprised with the non automatic doors with my last rental, but I made do. Looking forward to renting with you next time I'm in LA!
Loved this rental car service, they made everything so easy and quick to get the car that I wanted. I was first hesitant about using a smaller company but now I'm so glad I did and will use them every time! Everyone was very nice there and the building was also nice. 10 out of 10 for me.

The ad for your company when I made the reservation on line said that there was a shuttle from LAX. There was not, and I had to call to find out that they expected me to take the LAX bus to lot C, which is where Black and White's shuttle picked me up. I am on Dr orders not to lift , and no one on the bus helps. I had to call twice to get picked up. They tried to change me more than My reservation print out said. They required an insurance card,(1st time ever!) with no notification.

Great value! Pick up was really well coordinated, helpful and friendly stuff, and quick and smooth check in. Would definitely rent from them again!
The car had a red light announcing that it had low pressure in one of the tires. I had to borrow a device to measure the pressure. I was lucky that a friend of mine has such device.
A nice thing was that a person from B&W gave us a ride back to the airport in the same car, we did not need to unloaded. The way to get to the airport from and toward to the agency is not comfortable.
There were scratches all over the first car (Maserati ghibli). When paying to rent a luxury car, it would be nice if it wasn't covered in scratches. The second car I rented Bmw M4 was in perfect condition so was much happier with this vehicle. Other than that, the service was good and employees friendly. Would certainly come back and use this service.
