I went to the santa monica branch whilst on vacation. Absolutely fantastic service from the staff there. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The camaro was superb and the I can't fault the staff and level of service I received. When I return to LA again I will definitely be calling on them to rent another car. Highly recommend them.

The entire staff was very helpful and friendly and made for a very pleasant experience. Everything was as stated and as promised. They definitely delivered. The only thing I did not like was the vehicle was "wrapped" which I feel lessens the appearance of an exotic, but that is only my opinion, not something they did wrong. I will certainly rent from them again soon! Highly recommended! Thank you!!!

Every time I am in LA I use Black and White Rent A Car because they are so easy to deal with, they always provide the car I reserved or slightly better. This time was no exception, they pick you up and return you with a smiling face and everyone is always friendly. Not much more to say other than they will always be my rental car of choice and I will recommend them without hesitation.

Waited nearly 1 hour to rent a car. The people helping me were more than rude. Wanted 3 forms of identification. Confirmed every single detail of my existence. Almost walked out and went somewhere else until they saw my anger
