The experience was great. We always rent from Hertz and the price couldn't be beat at Black and White. If I had one complaint it would be having to go to the cell phone lot from the airport in order to get a ride from the car dealer, other than that minor inconvenience, the experience was awesome. Nice people and great rates!

I have never seen manual locks I'm recent cars and just assumed that was what would come with the car. It would be good to note and at least warn customers if here is no autolock feature to doors and trunks so things don't get stolen and broken into!

I booked on Hotwire and it said the place was located inside lax. It was not. Lax info booth had no info on the place. We had to take a lax shuttle to the cell phone waiting area as the rental car place did not have a shuttle. We then had to call from the cell phone waiting area to be picked up. We were picked up by some guy in a car with no sign. When we got to the it took 30 minutes to be able to leave with no one else there. The car had no electric locks or automatic lights. No return shuttle

David was great. I overheard some conversations that another agent was having - I think she was a supervisor ...and she seemed stressed an unhappy. But luckily she did not help me. David was fantastic and everything went super smooth. I will rent from black & white again. :)
