All went smoothly with the car rental. They do a $350 hold on your credit card, which I see is still pending on my account three days later. I was told that it should drop off within a day or so. Assuming that turns out to be the case, I'm 100% satisfied with my experience.

My experience started with being left in the LAX cell phone lot for an hour after dark. I waited an hour to be picked up with being lied to several times...about the pick up van that was within 5 minutes. It by far was the worst car rental experience in my life. I am returning to LAX the next 3 weekends and would have rented from you, but after all of this the employees were not even very professional ..apologetic or understanding. Generally, we were very satisfied. However, 15 minutes after driving the car, the "maintenance required" light went on, necessitating a return trip to exchange the car and a delay to our vacation. The second car, a Corolla, was great. Also, we waited 45 minutes at Lot C to be picked up. However, staff were very professional, friendly, helpful and polite (and very apologetic).

Good Experience! Not too happy that they drop you off at the Cell Phone Waiting area in LAX airport through. Would be better if there was a shuttle directly from and to the airport.

I noticed I forgot my passport at my hotel after returning my car to B&W. I was really upset but the staff kindly called the hotel and she told me the hotel staff found my passport. And kindly enough they gave me a ride back to the hotel and of course after that took me to LAX. I DON'T forget their kindness. I wonder whether the staffs at major rental company could do the same thing.
