The check in process is too long
The pickup situation from lot c is a bit slow and wastes valuable time. Not sure if there is a solution to this but it would be helpful to have a car already waiting in lot c, perhaps if the customer could call before leaving the terminal?

All went smoothly with the car rental. They do a $350 hold on your credit card, which I see is still pending on my account three days later. I was told that it should drop off within a day or so. Assuming that turns out to be the case, I'm 100% satisfied with my experience.
My experience started with being left in the LAX cell phone lot for an hour after dark. I waited an hour to be picked up with being lied to several times...about the pick up van that was within 5 minutes. It by far was the worst car rental experience in my life. I am returning to LAX the next 3 weekends and would have rented from you, but after all of this the employees were not even very professional ..apologetic or understanding. B&W is awesome, dropped the car off at the hotel, super fast with the paperwork and really convenient.
