Good Experience! Not too happy that they drop you off at the Cell Phone Waiting area in LAX airport through. Would be better if there was a shuttle directly from and to the airport.
I noticed I forgot my passport at my hotel after returning my car to B&W. I was really upset but the staff kindly called the hotel and she told me the hotel staff found my passport.
And kindly enough they gave me a ride back to the hotel and of course after that took me to LAX.
I DON'T forget their kindness. I wonder whether the staffs at major rental company could do the same thing.

The experience was great. We always rent from Hertz and the price couldn't be beat at Black and White. If I had one complaint it would be having to go to the cell phone lot from the airport in order to get a ride from the car dealer, other than that minor inconvenience, the experience was awesome. Nice people and great rates!
I have never seen manual locks I'm recent cars and just assumed that was what would come with the car. It would be good to note and at least warn customers if here is no autolock feature to doors and trunks so things don't get stolen and broken into!
