At first I was concerned about having to take 2 shuttles to pick up car, but it worked efficiently and the B&W shuttle was first class.

Everyone I interacted with was wonderful - from David picking me up to Jazmin taking care of me at the register. David came to pick me up after a long day's shift, for which I was quite appreciative. Then at the storefront, I forgot my insurance details, so Jazmin helped me get into contact with my insurer so I wouldn't have to buy insurance on site. I would absolutely use Black and White if I'm ever back in town needing a ride. I've already recommended the company to several residents in LA.

The LAX Shuttle connection was somewhat unreliable, not B & W fault, but B & W did drop off back at terminal great. There was some info regarding my own auto insurance liability that was not known to me before I arrived and that could have been handled via online preregistration. But B&W did work well to correct the deficiency. Seems like a great alternative to the big car rental agencies.

Had a great time with your 2015 Mini Cooper convertible. My only gripe with Black and White Rent A Car was the associate at pickup said that my vehicle was not unlimited milage. My quote clearly stated that the rate included unlimited milage. Thankfully he honored this but said it was not typical.
