Not only was the service great, but we left a pocketbook after we returned the rental and the office called our driver who was taking us back to LAX and he returned us immediately to the agency to get the pocketbook. It would have been bad at the airport without ID. Thanks so much.

This was for LAX location. Car I rented was very good value for money. They are not like the big companies, was a little more careful about your insurance and being transferable, which is OK with me, but took a little longer but were friendly and offered water and place to sit. Not any lines there. The did a good job identifying issues with car (scratches/dings/items broken). Fast return. Clean Bathrooms. I would rent again.

Black & White Rent a Car is a TERRIFIC car rental service!!! Mario made sure my daughter & I got the best value for the car we wanted. He went above & beyond in accommodating our needs! We had a great experience with other staff as well. They were friendly & VERY PUNCTUAL with transport to & from the airport! A+ car rental experience!!!
