I had a great experience with Black and White. The car provided was much nicer than expected.
This was for LAX location. Car I rented was very good value for money. They are not like the big companies, was a little more careful about your insurance and being transferable, which is OK with me, but took a little longer but were friendly and offered water and place to sit. Not any lines there. The did a good job identifying issues with car (scratches/dings/items broken). Fast return. Clean Bathrooms. I would rent again.

We had a great experience with other staff as well. They were friendly & VERY PUNCTUAL with transport to & from the airport! A+ car rental experience!!!
