This may be good company for long or luxhry rental. The company does not pick from LAX airport terminal. You will need to take the airport shuttle to lot C parking and call the company for pickup. Then if you are not buying the comprehansive insurance they need to call your insurance company to veryfy rental coverage. The staff are very nice... the cars are good... they are ok if you dont mind spending abkut an extra hour of your time... i myself dont want to waist an bour on short trips. Thx

I have been happy to used B&W over the years. I was surprised that a question arose regarding some "damage" to the car. There was a spider type of cracking in the paint, smaller than the size of a quarter, not a dent or even a ding. The inspector had to get the issue signed off by a manager. So there was no problem in the end but I was shocked that it was even an issue to begin with. This was a nothing issue (especially on a car with 14K miles on it). I am worried I will get charged next t

All the big name rental car agencies like Avis have crazy lines at LAX. Save yourself some serious time and money and go with Black and White. I've rented with them multiple times and have never had any issues with the cars or the service.
