I have been happy to used B&W over the years. I was surprised that a question arose regarding some "damage" to the car. There was a spider type of cracking in the paint, smaller than the size of a quarter, not a dent or even a ding. The inspector had to get the issue signed off by a manager. So there was no problem in the end but I was shocked that it was even an issue to begin with. This was a nothing issue (especially on a car with 14K miles on it). All the big name rental car agencies like Avis have crazy lines at LAX. Save yourself some serious time and money and go with Black and White. I've rented with them multiple times and have never had any issues with the cars or the service.

I originally chose Black & White because the rental rate was significantly less than all others. The rate did not change--no tricks. My husband has a pacemaker, etc., so we requested a ride to the airport upon return of the car. We got that, no questions asked. They even served us coffee. If anything, the service was better than that advertised. If you're looking for a serious ans courteous rental agency, by all means, choose Black and White.
