What upset me was the insurance situation. When I arrived on a Friday to pick up my rental, my insurance company had already closed for the weekend. I called earlier that day so I knew my insurance covered rentals up to $25,000. Regardless, I still had to pay $25 a day for your insurance for 3 days until my insurance company opened up again on Monday. And I had to drive BACK to Black & White Rent a Car from NoHo just to verify insurance. Inconvenient. Insurance should be verified before arrival.
