The people were GREAT!
I originally chose Black & White because the rental rate was significantly less than all others. The rate did not change--no tricks. My husband has a pacemaker, etc., so we requested a ride to the airport upon return of the car. We got that, no questions asked. They even served us coffee. If anything, the service was better than that advertised. If you're looking for a serious ans courteous rental agency, by all means, choose Black and White.

When I made the reservation I inquired over the status of having to take a shuttle from the airport to a parking lot and then a second shuttle. I explained to her that I would be very pressed for time and needed to know if there was a faster way to the rental cars. The woman handling the reservation said this was standard for all rental car companies in the area. And after arrival I found out this was NOT the case. From start to finish the entire rental process took an hour! TERRIBLE impression!
It was great took a little while longer than expected to get picked up from the airport when we arrived and only because my young boys were tired from the flight. The guys were great and I would rent from this place again in the future.
Overall everything was good. Service was slower than I would expect from an upscale rental company.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
