I called the number provided to arrange a pick up to get my car but no one answered. Was left without a car or an explanation. Never received a call back either.

I'm a young, twenty-something woman and the clerk made it very obvious that he didn't expect me to be able to pay for the car by myself or provide my own insurance.

I couldn't even get a car because I was under 21. It was ridiculous. I am very unsatisfied with the service and very angry because all my travel plans were ruined. If you want liability from people under 21, you should let your customer know. I have made my reservation from 2 months before. I am very dissatisfied.
